ADAGIO VILLA OVERVIEW
The Adagio Villa property is uniquely designed to provide generous space for guests to enjoy splendid times together while ensuring they get all the privacy they wish. The property comprises two spacious buildings (Main House and Guest House) separated by a private sun deck and pool. The villa is surrounded by flowering gardens and waving palms that are home to island birds and butterflies.
Main House
Adagio’s main pavilion has three levels. The Great Room, located on the ground level, features a well-equipped gourmet kitchen along with an indoor dining area and entertainment room. The Great Room has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open out to a 300° surrounding patio area with two covered verandas. The main veranda has a full-size dining table that overlooks beautiful Mahoe Bay. The other covered area has a full-service wet bar, complete with ice maker, beverage fridge, sink and a gas grill alongside.
The Great Room serves as a center point for family and friends to gather; it is stylishly designed with comfortable sofas and chairs. It is beautifully furnished following the Hemingway island style with bright tropical fabrics and lovely artwork. The sliding glass doors open to a patio overlooking the pool, and the wide covered veranda can be used for outdoor dining or games and relaxation with family and/or friends. The veranda looks out to the beach with 180° blue sea vistas and stunning evening sunsets.
Just off the Great Room are two master bedroom suites, each featuring air-conditioning, king bed, bathroom with outdoor shower, and a private veranda. On the lower level, accessed by a walkway around the pool deck, is a very large, air-conditioned double-twin bedroom, with an additional trendle bed and single mattress pull out as well as a bath ensuite. All twin bed suites can be changed to king suites if requested.
Guest House
Adagio’s second pavilion is as luxurious as the first. It can easily be reached just across the coral stone-tiled pool deck. This pavilion offers the perfect set-up for families with small children. The pavilion is air-conditioned and includes a king bedroom with an ensuite connected to the adjoining double-twin suite through doors. The double twin suit can also be changed into a king suite if needed – with advance notice.
The Guest House is roomy, convenient, and very private. The master bedroom features a desk and each bedroom is outfitted with a large screen TV. The Guest House is fully handicap accessible; a ramp provides easy access up to the Great House and main veranda areas.

THE GREAT ROOM
The Great Room is the heart of the Adagio Villa. It features a gourmet kitchen, an interior dining table, and an entertainment area with comfortable seating and a large screen TV.
Gourmet Kitchen
The kitchen entrance exits to the wet bar which has an ice maker and a beverage fridge for refreshments; this makes it easier to reach beverages when at the pool without disturbing the chef in the kitchen.
The kitchen includes all utensils: it is fully stocked with glassware, china dishes, plastic dishes, pots, and pans. Unlike other rental villas, Adagio’s kitchen is equipped with the highest standards to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, a wall oven, a wall microwave, and a large refrigerator to meet the needs of the most discerning cooks.
Children can enjoy their snacks on the high chair-equipped counter. The inside dining table can fit up to 10 people. However, most guests prefer eating outside under the covered veranda at the patio table which also fits up to 10 people.
The Entertainment Area
The entertainment area provides comfortable seating and has a large screen TV, a stereo unit, and a BluRay DVD player. The villa property features high-speed Wi-Fi, which enables streaming videos, games, and zoom meetings or conversations.
There is a wide collection of books suitable for beach reading. You can find reference books on the BVI and other Caribbean islands, sea life, pirates, shells, astronomy, and tropical topics such as flora and fauna. Also, many board games are available, as well as card decks and poker chips.
The entertainment unit has a collection of CDs with island music and other genres ⎯ or, you can bring your favorite movies and music on a USB drive. All units work on Bluetooth.
Outdoor Living
The veranda is the perfect site for morning coffee, reading, day-dreaming, or late afternoon cocktails. Guests can enjoy the sun on the patio or relax out of the sun on the covered veranda. Each bedroom has a private outdoor shower and a patio with chairs/table and a stunning view of Mahoe Bay. In the mid-day, venture down to the lower level swimming pool, filled with fresh water with a salt-based ozone system which avoids the use of chlorine additives and makes the water silky smooth. The pool has regular maintenance to ensure clean and safe water.
The oval-shaped pool it is 18′ X 14′ feet, with a handrail and stairs into the shallow end (3 feet) with a gradual drop to 6 feet at the deep end. The pool is perfectly situated to give a horizon sense while you’re in and viewing the sailboats that just float by in Sir Francis Drake Channel beyond Mahoe Bay. The pool is surrounded by the villa landscaped property, and the cloistered placement of the pool ensures privacy for guests.
AVAILABILITY
Reservations
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required and must be received within 14 days of the reservation request. Payment in US Funds may be made by personal check or International Money Orders / Bank Drafts sent via FedEx or US Postal Service. The full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancelations must be received in writing.
For Covid cancellation policy please contact the owner.
You may wish to obtain trip cancellation
insurance, available through your airline or through various private insurance companies.
Cancellations occurring:
61 days or more prior to the date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee
45-60 days prior to the date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee
45 days or less prior to the date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee
In the event of your cancellation within the 60 day period, and if the owners are able to re-book your EXACT rental dates, a cancellation fee of 20% is still charged.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures. The owners are pleased to credit you for a future booking taken within one year if a cancellation is necessary.
Our ability to re-book canceled dates is
influenced by the amount of notice received, the time of year and the demand from other vacationers.
